Level 0

All Pilates Hero’s start their journey at zero. This is where you work your way up and build a strong foundation of Pilates basics. It’s like a full-body tune-up where you get to stretch, align, and master moves that’ll have you feeling like a new person. It’s challenging, but it’s a blast.

Level 1

This is where we take your Pilates game from ‘I’m just figuring this out’ to ‘I’ve got this!’ These classes build on the solid basics from Level 0 but don’t worry—they’re still friendly enough for beginners. Think of it as upgrading from tricycle to bicycle: you’ll be flowing and transitioning like a pro, all while getting your breath and movement to groove together. Get ready to impress yourself and maybe even your cat with your newfound Pilates finesse!

Level 2

In this class, you’ll need to know your moves and be ready to make a few tweaks on your own. Think of it as Pilates with a bit more pep—challenging but totally doable. You’ll feel the heat, but in a fun way that’ll make you want to keep coming back for more. Get ready to stretch your limits, have a laugh, and maybe even impress yourself with how much you can handle.
